While our original plan was to open on May 4, 2026, we are experiencing a brief delay. We’ve been working diligently behind the scenes to meet every requirement and honor all of our obligations in a timely manner. However, a few of these are still being finalized by governing bodies, and we want to make sure everything is done the right way for you and for our community.

In the meantime, we’re planning to host select RSVP-only guest events throughout the month of May, giving a few of you an early taste of what The Grub Shack is all about.

Then, get ready because on June 1 we’re coming out swinging with a Grand Opening Bash you won’t want to miss!

Thank you for your continued interest, patience, and support. We’re only a few short weeks away from being fully live, rolling, and ready to serve you. We’ve already booked some incredible bands, and it’s going to be an amazing atmosphere for great food, great music, and great times.
